If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the website.

Users of the website undertake to act in accordance with these Terms, which apply to all types of use. The Customer’s details will be updated according to the information entered by the Customer in the online form during the purchase process.

Orders and Product Purchases

Products may be purchased through the website at any time, subject to availability and [Business Name]’s sole discretion.

The purchase process is carried out by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the online checkout form. The Customer will be required to provide details such as first name, last name, phone number, and email address. In addition, the Customer must provide the shipping recipient’s details, including first name, last name, phone number, city, street, house number, floor, apartment, entrance, and any additional identifying information that may assist the courier in locating the delivery address, including delivery notes where relevant.

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and the order cannot be completed without them.

To avoid delivery issues, the Customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing correct information is a condition for completing the order.

Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer confirms the details of the order and the accuracy of the information provided. The order will be deemed completed only after receipt of the order and approval of the payment method by the relevant payment provider, and subject to product availability.

The details entered by the Customer in the order form shall constitute conclusive evidence of their correctness. Accordingly, the Customer shall have no claim regarding delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the Customer.

All prices displayed on the website include VAT where required by law.

[Business Name] reserves the right to discontinue the marketing or sale of any product at any time, and to update product prices at its sole discretion.

After the payment details have been submitted through the online order form, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order details. This confirmation does not constitute an obligation by [Business Name] to supply the products ordered. It only confirms that the order details have been received by the system.

Payment

If the Customer chooses to pay by credit card, they may be asked to provide details such as the credit card number, ID number, card type, expiration date, and security code. These details are not stored by and are not accessible to [Business Name], but are processed through an external payment provider, currently [PayPlus].

[Business Name] reserves the right to discontinue the use of any payment method on the website, to permit additional payment methods, and to apply different payment arrangements to different payment methods, all at its sole discretion.

Immediately after the order is placed, the selected payment method will be checked, and the Customer will receive a notice regarding whether the order has been approved and whether the account has been charged. This check is carried out by the external payment provider.

If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company or other payment provider, the Customer will be notified accordingly and the transaction will be canceled.

Approval of the purchase is subject to the purchased product being in stock at the time of the order or at the time of fulfillment. If a product is out of stock and this was not updated on the website before the order was placed, [Business Name] will refund any amount paid or cancel the charge, as applicable. In such a case, the Customer shall have no claim beyond the refund of the amount actually paid.

If the Customer is charged in error, the Customer must notify [Business Name] so that an appropriate refund may be processed.

Supply and Delivery

Shipping is carried out through external service providers. [Business Name] will make reasonable efforts to assist in relation to shipping matters, but does not carry out the delivery itself.

The Customer must ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate and up to date. If the order is returned to [Business Name] due to incorrect details or the unavailability of the recipient, an additional charge for shipping and handling may apply.

[Business Name] will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product is delivered within 14 business days from the date on which the order is completed and approved by the payment provider. The maximum delivery period is 35 days. If the product is not delivered within that period, the Customer will be given the option to place a replacement order or cancel the transaction.

Shipping fees are charged together with the payment for the product. However, the Customer acknowledges that the purchase of the product and the shipment of the product are separate transactions. In the event of installment payments by credit card, [Business Name] may charge the shipping fee together with the first installment.

[Business Name] shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by force majeure, war, military operations, emergency situations, natural disasters, strikes, shutdowns, supplier delays, courier-related issues, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Inventory Errors

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the type of product. Different rules may apply to custom-made products, generic products, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. The cancellation policy set out below applies to generic products that may be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

The Customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used and remains in its original packaging.

A cancellation notice must be submitted by the Customer in writing. The Customer may also use the cancellation form available in the website footer, if such a form is available.

A refund or credit will be issued only after the product is returned to [Business Name]’s address, at the Customer’s expense, within 14 days from the cancellation notice, unused and in its original packaging.

If the cancellation is valid and the returned product complies with this policy, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid through the original payment method, less cancellation fees as permitted by law, namely 5% of the product price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.

Shipping fees are not part of the product price and therefore will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

[Business Name] reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to cancel or discontinue any transaction, sale, or order, in whole or in part, including suspending the operation of the website. In such a case, notice will be provided to the Customer, and [Business Name] will avoid charging the Customer or will refund any amount actually paid for products not supplied.

If it is discovered that a product is out of stock due to an inventory display error, [Business Name] may cancel the order and issue a refund or, at the Customer’s choice, offer an equivalent substitute product if available. The Customer acknowledges that inventory display errors may occur, especially where automated systems are involved. Therefore, the Customer shall have no claim regarding such inventory errors beyond the remedies stated above, and [Business Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage arising from such errors.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the website are the exclusive property of [Business Name], or are used by [Business Name] with permission.

These rights include, without limitation, copyrights, designs, trade dress, trademarks, trade secrets, website content, product lists, product descriptions, product designs, text, creative materials, the website name, the domain name, and any other content appearing on the website, whether registered or unregistered.

Customer Service

[Business Name] operates customer service in order to provide a better customer experience. Customer service is generally provided via WhatsApp.

For any question or inquiry regarding a purchased product, the Customer may contact customer service on Sunday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Customer service is not available on holiday eves or official Israeli holidays.

Warranty and Liability

[Business Name] is responsible for its products, but no claim may be made regarding product quality other than a claim relating to a material defect or a material non-conformity attributable to [Business Name].

[Business Name] shall not be liable for any damage resulting from unreasonable, improper, or careless use of the product.

Upon receipt of the products, the Customer undertakes to inspect them immediately. Any claim regarding a defect or non-conformity must be submitted to [Business Name] as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 48 hours from receipt of the products.

In the event of a claim regarding a defect or material non-conformity, [Business Name] reserves the right to require proof that the Customer is the original purchaser of the product.

If a material defect or non-conformity is proven, [Business Name] may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product. Repair or replacement shall be the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in such a case.

In any event, the total liability of [Business Name] with respect to any defective or non-conforming product shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for that product.
