Return Policy

You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days from the day the package arrives to you (including the day of delivery).

The item must be sent back in its original packaging and in a sealed bag.

An exchange or store credit will be possible only if the item is in new condition and has not been worn beyond fitting, or used in any way, such as being connected to electricity, etc.

A refund will be issued only after the item has been returned to us and inspected to confirm that it shows no signs of use.

The product must first be delivered to the customer, and only afterward may a return or exchange be requested.

Important to know: the cancellation / return fee (not for an exchange) is 5% of the transaction amount.
